Columns in the Properties list
Each row in the Properties list represents one residential sales property. The table displays the following columns:
Property
The full address of the property. Building number or name, street, and postcode are shown together in a single line.
Price
The asking price for the property, displayed in pounds sterling (£). If no price has been set, the cell is left blank.
Status
The current selling status of the property (for example, For Sale, Under Offer, or Sold). The status is shown as a colour-coded badge to make it easy to spot at a glance.
Agent
The negotiator assigned to the property. This is the member of staff responsible for managing the listing.
Modified
The date the property record was last updated. This reflects changes made in any Reapit-connected system, not just the CRM.
Columns not yet shown
The Owner column (showing the vendor or landlord linked to the property) will be added in a future update. Import CSV and Add New actions are also not yet active.
If you need information that is not visible in the list, contact your system administrator or use the Contact Us option in the help menu at the bottom of the screen.
