Can I access more than one organisation?

Multi-organisation access in the CRM

Yes — the CRM supports access to more than one organisation from a single account.

How it works

If your Reapit account has been linked to multiple organisations, a dropdown selector appears at the top of the sidebar whenever you are signed in. You can switch between organisations at any time without signing out. See How do I switch between organisations? for step-by-step instructions.

Each organisation's data is kept entirely separate. When you switch organisations, the application reloads to display data for the selected organisation only.

Permissions per organisation

Your role and permissions can be different in each organisation. For example, you may have full access in one organisation but read-only access in another. If you find you cannot perform an action in a particular organisation, check with your system administrator for that organisation.

Requesting access to an additional organisation

Access to organisations is managed by your Reapit system administrator, not from within the CRM itself. If you need to be added to an additional organisation:

  1. Contact your system administrator and ask them to add your account to the relevant organisation in Reapit.

  2. Once they have done this, sign out of the CRM and sign back in. The new organisation should appear in the dropdown.

Sandbox organisations

If you work with Reapit sandbox environments, these appear in the same dropdown alongside live organisations. Sandbox organisations are labelled (SBOX) to distinguish them clearly.
