Switching organisations in the CRM
If your Reapit account has access to more than one organisation, you can switch between them without signing out.
Using the organisation selector
Look at the top of the left-hand sidebar. If you have access to multiple organisations, a dropdown selector is shown displaying the name of the currently active organisation.
Click the dropdown to see the list of available organisations.
Select the organisation you want to switch to by clicking its name.
The CRM will reload with the data for the selected organisation.
Identifying the current organisation
The name of the active organisation is always shown in the sidebar header. If you are using a sandbox environment, "(SBOX)" will appear next to the organisation name so you can easily distinguish it from a live environment.
Only one organisation
If your account is linked to only one organisation, the dropdown is replaced by a plain text label showing your organisation name. No switching is needed.
Permissions
Your permissions and access level may differ between organisations. If you switch to an organisation and find you cannot see certain data or features, speak to your system administrator to confirm your access rights for that organisation.
Having trouble switching?
If the organisation you need is not listed, your account has not been granted access to it. Contact your system administrator or use Contact Us in the help menu at the bottom of the screen.
