Lead statuses explained

Every lead in your queue has a status badge that tells you where it is in the workflow and what action, if any, is needed from you. Here is what each status means:

New

The enquiry has just arrived and has not been reviewed yet. Open the lead and qualify it — check that the details are sufficient to progress.

Needs info

The enquiry does not yet have enough detail to create a contact record. The lead's name has been captured, but a phone number or address is still missing. Reach out to the lead to gather what is needed.

Ready to graduate

The lead has a name, a phone number, and an address — everything required to create a contact record in Reapit. Select Create contact in the action card to proceed.

Creating persona

A contact record has been created. The next step is to add the persona record (for example, buyer or seller) to complete the graduation process.

Contact created

The lead has been fully graduated — a contact record and the relevant persona record exist in Reapit. No further action is needed for this lead.

Uncontactable

You have marked this lead as having no usable phone number or email address, and it cannot be progressed further. Use Reopen lead if new contact details become available.

Stalled

You have been unable to get a response from this lead despite attempts to contact them. Like Uncontactable, this is a terminal state. Use Reopen lead to bring it back into your queue if circumstances change.

Terminal statuses (Contact created, Uncontactable, Stalled) do not disappear from your history — they remain accessible for reference.
