Signing out of the CRM
To sign out:
Click the avatar icon in the top-right corner of the application. This opens a menu.
Select Logout.
Your session will be ended and you will be redirected to the signed-out page.
You can sign back in at any time by opening the CRM in your browser.
How sessions work
The CRM uses Reapit Connect for authentication. For security:
Your access token is held in memory only and is never stored in your browser's local storage or cookies. This means your session cannot be resumed after you close the browser tab or window.
Sessions are not persisted between browser sessions. Each time you open a new browser window or restart your browser, you will need to sign in again.
If you leave the application open but idle for an extended period, your session may expire. When this happens, the CRM will redirect you to the sign-in page.
Signing in on multiple devices or browsers
Each browser window or device has its own independent session. Signing out on one device does not affect other active sessions.
Switching organisations
If you have access to more than one organisation, use the organisation selector in the sidebar rather than signing out and back in. See How do I switch between organisations? for details.
If you are signed out unexpectedly
Unexpected sign-outs are usually caused by session expiry or a network interruption. Simply sign in again. If sign-outs happen frequently, contact your IT administrator to check your network settings, or use Contact Us in the help menu.
