Switching between light and dark mode
The CRM includes a dark mode that changes the colour scheme to a darker palette, which some people find easier on the eyes — particularly in low-light environments.
Turning dark mode on or off
Look at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar.
You will see a toggle labelled Dark mode.
Click the toggle to switch between light mode (off) and dark mode (on).
The change takes effect immediately — there is no need to refresh the page or sign out.
Your preference
Your dark mode preference is applied for your current browser session. There is no account-level setting at present, so if you use the CRM in a different browser or on a different device, you may need to set your preference again.
Collapsed sidebar
If the sidebar is collapsed to its icon-only view, the dark mode toggle is hidden. Expand the sidebar using the collapse/expand button at the top of the sidebar to access it.
Accessibility
Dark mode is a display preference and does not affect the functionality of the CRM in any way. All features work identically in both light and dark mode.
