Contacting the Reapit support team
If you need help with the CRM or have a question that is not answered in this Help Center, you can chat with the Reapit support team directly from within the application.
Using the Contact Us option
Look at the footer bar at the very bottom of the CRM screen. You will see a small help icon (a question mark).
Click the help icon to open the help menu.
Select Contact Us.
A chat window opens inside the CRM, in the bottom corner of the screen. You can start a conversation with the support team there without leaving the application.
You stay signed in while you chat, so there is no need to repeat your account or organisation details — they are shared with the team automatically.
What to include in your message
To help the team resolve your query as quickly as possible, include:
A clear description of the problem or question
The steps you took before the issue occurred
Any error messages you saw (a screenshot is helpful)
Response times
Response times vary depending on the priority and complexity of the request. Replies appear in the same chat window, and you may also receive a follow-up by email.
Browsing the Help Center directly
You can browse our Help Center at https://help.crm.reapit.com at any time — you do not need to be signed in to the CRM to read the articles there.
