The lead detail view

When you select a lead from your queue, the right-hand panel opens the lead detail view. This is where you review the enquiry, check what action is needed next, and move the lead forward through the workflow.

What you will see

Lead summary

At the top of the panel you will see:

  • The lead's name and current status badge

  • The source of the enquiry (for example, which portal it came from) and how long ago it arrived

  • Intent tags summarising what the lead is looking for (for example, buyer or seller)

Progress steps

A horizontal progress bar shows the stages the lead moves through: Received → Qualify → Reach out → Create contact → Create persona → Done. The current stage is highlighted so you can see at a glance how far along the process this lead is.

Action card

Below the progress bar is an action card describing what to do next. Depending on the lead's status, you may be offered:

  • Create contact — opens a form to capture the lead's details and create a contact record

  • Can't reach this lead — marks the lead as uncontactable if you have exhausted all contact attempts

  • Reopen lead — moves a resolved or uncontactable lead back into the active workflow

Contact channels

The panel also lists the contact details provided in the original enquiry — phone number and email address — so you can reach the lead without leaving the screen.

Original enquiry message

If the lead submitted a message with their enquiry, the full text is shown at the bottom of the panel for reference.
