Signing in to the CRM
The CRM uses Reapit Connect for authentication. You sign in with the same credentials you use for other Reapit applications — there is no separate password for the CRM.
Steps to sign in
Open the CRM in your web browser. If you are not already signed in, you will be redirected to the Reapit Connect sign-in page automatically.
Enter your email address and password associated with your Reapit account.
Click Sign in.
Once authenticated, you will be returned to the CRM and can begin using the application.
Single sign-on (SSO)
If your organisation uses single sign-on (SSO), you may be redirected to your identity provider's login page instead of the standard Reapit Connect screen. Follow your organisation's usual SSO process.
Staying signed in
The CRM keeps your session active while you are using the application. For security, sessions are held in memory only and are not persisted to your device, so you will be asked to sign in again after closing your browser or after a period of inactivity.
