Overview
Signing up for Reapit is a public, self-serve journey. A new agency can reach it without logging in and work through a short set of steps to set up their account and pay. Once payment is taken, your system is provisioned automatically and you are emailed when your access is ready.
Getting to the sign-up journey
The journey lives at the /onboarding address and is open to anyone - you do not need an existing Reapit account or a login to start it.
The steps
A progress indicator shows where you are in the journey and how many steps remain. You can move forward with the primary button and go Back to an earlier step at any point except the first. Your answers are kept as you move between steps, so going back does not lose what you have already entered.
The journey covers:
Welcome - what you are signing up for and what to have ready (your company details and a payment card). Entering your email here reserves your place - if saving it fails, you'll see an error and can try again.
Your plan - choose your plan.
Agency details - tell us about your agency: name, website, company registration and VAT numbers, and address, plus the admin contact who will set up the account. You can find your address by entering a postcode and picking it from the list, or enter it manually. Agency name, your full name, and your email are required; everything else is optional.
Review - check your details before paying.
Payment - pay securely by card to start your monthly subscription. Some banks ask you to verify the payment before it can go through - if so, you'll be guided through that step and brought straight back here.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly by subscription, not as a single one-off charge - you're charged today for the first month and then automatically each month after, until you cancel. The order summary breaks out the subtotal, VAT and total before you pay, matching what's actually charged.
What happens after payment
Setup runs automatically once your first payment has gone through. You do not need to keep the page open - we email you when your system and access are ready.
If your bank needs a moment to confirm your payment after you verify it, you'll see a short "processing" message - this isn't a failure, just wait for it to finish rather than paying again. If we can't confirm the outcome straight away, we'll say so clearly rather than telling you it failed when we're not sure - check your email for a receipt before retrying.
