Browsing the Properties list

The Properties list is found under the Sales section in the left-hand navigation. Select Properties to open it.

By default the list opens on the Residential tab, which shows all residential sales properties in your organisation.

Opening a property

Select any row in the list to open that property's record, where you can see its summary header, sales pipeline, and tabbed sections. See How do I view a property record? for details.

Paging through results

The table loads properties in pages. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages. Each page shows a fixed number of rows; the total count is displayed alongside the controls so you can see how many properties are in the list overall.

Sorting columns

You can sort the list by clicking a column header. Clicking the same header again reverses the sort order. Sortable columns include:

  • Property (address)

  • Price

  • Status

  • Agent

  • Modified (last updated date)

Searching and filtering

Global search and advanced filtering are planned for a future update. At present, use column sorting to organise the list and page through results to find a specific property.

Tabs

The Commercial tab is visible but not yet active. Only Residential properties are displayed in this release.

While the list is loading

When you first open the list, the table shows placeholder rows (a "skeleton") while your properties are fetched. The real rows replace the placeholders as soon as the data arrives, so the layout doesn't jump.

If no properties match

If there are no properties to show, the table displays a No results message in place of the rows. This is normal for an empty list — it means the fetch succeeded but returned nothing.

If the list can't load

If something goes wrong while fetching properties, the table shows a Failed to load properties message with a short explanation and a Try again button. Selecting Try again re-attempts the request without reloading the page. If the problem persists, use the Contact Us option in the help menu to report it.

If you need further help locating a specific property, use the Contact Us option in the help menu at the bottom of the screen.
