Columns in the Properties list
Each row in the Properties list represents one residential sales property. The table displays the following columns:
Property
The full address of the property. Building number or name, street, and postcode are shown together in a single line.
Price
The asking price for the property, displayed in pounds sterling (£). When the list is filtered to lettings, this column is headed Rent and shows the rent instead.
Properties with no price set yet read Not provided rather than £0. This is what you will see for a property that has not been market appraised or valued yet, so an empty figure is never mistaken for a genuine price of zero. The figure appears as soon as an asking price or rent is recorded on the property record.
Any column in this list reads Not provided when the property has no value recorded for it, including the address, agent and modified date. Two cases read Unknown instead, meaning the value exists but could not be read rather than that nobody filled it in: a missing status, shown as a grey badge so the column still reads as a single line of status pills, and an agent whose name we could not look up.
You will see the same wording elsewhere in the CRM wherever a price, date or agent is missing - on a property record, in the offers list, and in the contacts list - since these all share the same display.
Status
The current selling status of the property (for example, For Sale, Under Offer, or Sold). The status is shown as a colour-coded badge to make it easy to spot at a glance.
Agent
The negotiator assigned to the property. This is the member of staff responsible for managing the listing. Hover over the negotiator's name to see a quick summary with their job title and contact details (email and phone, where available).
A property with no negotiator assigned reads Not provided. If one is assigned but their name cannot be looked up, the column reads Unknown instead - never the internal negotiator code.
Modified
The date the property record was last updated. This reflects changes made in any Reapit-connected system, not just the CRM.
Columns not yet shown
The Owner column (showing the vendor or landlord linked to the property) will be added in a future update. Import CSV and Add New actions are also not yet active.
