Opening the media library
On a property record, select the photo tile at the top of the summary header to open the media library. The dialog title shows the property's address, and each image is shown as a numbered card.
If the property has no images yet, the media library shows an empty state instead of the grid.
Filtering by category
When a property has more than one type of image (for example photos and floor plans), filter chips appear above the grid: All, and one chip per image type present (Photos, Floor Plans, EPC). Each chip shows a count badge for how many images of that type exist. Select a chip to show only that category; select All to show everything again.
If only one image type is present, the filter chips are hidden.
Reordering images
Each card has Move earlier and Move later buttons. These reorder the image within whichever category is currently selected — so if you're filtered to Floor Plans, moving a floor plan only changes its position among the other floor plans, leaving photos and other categories in place. The first card in the current view can't move earlier, and the last can't move later.
Reordering saves automatically — there's no separate save step. Because reordering can change which photo is featured on the property's summary header, the header updates to match once the reorder completes.
Featured photo
The photo shown on the property's summary header is always the first photograph-type image in order (floor plans and EPCs are never used as the featured image). To change the featured photo, open the media library, filter to Photos, and move the photo you want to the front using Move earlier.
