How do I see my leads?

Find out how to open the Leads section in the CRM and view your personal queue of enquiries awaiting action.

Opening the Leads section

Leads is listed under the Sales group in the left-hand navigation. Select Leads to open the queue.

Your queue

When you open Leads you will see Your queue — a list of enquiries assigned to you that require action. A number badge next to the heading shows how many leads are waiting.

Each entry in the queue displays:

  • The lead's name (first and last name from the original enquiry)

  • A role tag next to the name showing the kind of lead — Buyer, Seller, Landlord or Tenant — derived from the original enquiry. If the enquiry doesn't say what the person is after, the tag reads Unknown until you qualify the lead.

  • When the enquiry arrived — shown as a relative time (for example, "3 hours ago", "yesterday", "6 months ago"). Hover over the time to see the exact date and time.

  • A status badge showing where the lead is in the workflow (see What do the different lead statuses mean? for a full explanation)

Selecting a lead

Click any lead in the queue to open it in the detail view on the right-hand side of the screen. The selected lead is highlighted with a blue border so you can see which one is active. The URL updates to reflect the selected lead, so you can bookmark or share a direct link.

Empty queue

If your queue shows "Queue clear — every lead is resolved", there are no leads currently needing attention. New enquiries will appear here automatically as they arrive — leads flow in from connected channels rather than being entered by hand.
