This applies to the Reapit demo only. If you already have your own Reapit account, sign in as usual at your normal address. None of this applies to you.
The demo is invite only
You cannot sign yourself up for the demo. Access comes from an invitation sent by your Reapit contact, so if you would like a look at the system, ask them to send you one. They can invite you in a few seconds.
Using your invitation
The invitation arrives by email, with "has invited you to explore Reapit" in the subject line, from the person who invited you.
Select Open the demo in that email and you are signed straight in. There is no password to choose, no code to type, and nothing to install. The link is tied to your email address, so it only signs you in.
The link keeps working
Your invitation stays valid for 30 days, and you can use it as often as you like in that time. So if you close the tab, come back tomorrow, or want to show a colleague on your own screen, open the same email again and select Open the demo a second time.
Two things worth knowing:
After about eight hours of not using it, you will be signed out. Opening the link again signs you back in.
The link is personal to you. If you forward the email, whoever opens it gets into the demo as you, so treat it as you would any sign-in link.
If the link no longer works
If you select the link and see "That invitation link is no longer valid", the invitation has expired or been replaced. Ask your Reapit contact to send a fresh one, which arrives as a new email with a new link. Older emails stop working once that happens, so use the most recent one.
What you can do in the demo
The demo is read only. It is filled with realistic sample data for two example agencies, and you can open any screen and click through anything. Nothing you do is saved, and nothing you see belongs to a real customer. For more on that, see the article on what the "Demo" badge means.
Getting your own account
Every Sign up for Reapit button in the demo takes you to Reapit's own sign-up flow, and your email address is carried across so you do not have to type it again.
