Usage analytics
The CRM can send usage analytics to help us understand which features are used and where people get stuck, so we can improve them. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
The analytics cookies banner
The first time you open the CRM (or the sign-up pages) in a browser, a banner at the bottom of the screen asks whether we can use analytics cookies.
Select Accept to share usage analytics.
Select Decline to share nothing.
The banner goes away once you choose, and does not come back in that browser. The Cookie policy link in the banner explains how Reapit uses cookies.
What is collected
If you accept, the CRM records things like which screens you open and when you complete key actions, such as creating a contact, booking an appointment, recording an offer or publishing a property to a portal. Each event is linked to your user, office and agency. Your analytics profile also notes when you first and last created a contact, and how many you have created.
Your analytics profile includes your name and email address, so we can see who is using which parts of the CRM. We never collect anything you type into a form, such as contact details or notes.
Changing your choice
Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open the profile menu.
Select Share usage analytics. A tick means it is on.
Turning it off stops analytics straight away and clears the analytics data stored in your browser. The change applies to the browser you are using, so you may need to set it again on another browser or device.
If you have a question about how your data is used, use Contact us in the Help centre menu, inside the profile menu.
