Overview
The Sales Dashboard shows how the sales side of your business is tracking. It sets this month's and this year's activity against the same period last year, so you can see at a glance whether you are ahead or behind.
Select Dashboard in the left navigation to open it.
Current position
The top row shows where things stand right now:
Stock for sale - how many properties are for sale, and the fees they would earn if each sells at its marketed price, using its agreed fee.
Applicants - how many buying applicants are actively searching.
Pipeline - how many properties are sold subject to contract, and their fee value.
Large figures are shortened, for example £512.40K. Hover over a shortened figure to see it in full.
Activity pipeline
Choosing booked or completed
The settings icon on the right of the Activity pipeline heading switches the Viewings and Market appraisals cards between:
Booked - counted on the day the appointment was made, whenever it takes place.
Completed - counted on the day it took place, once it has finished.
Cancelled appointments are never counted.
Viewings and Market appraisals
Each card shows the number so far this month and the average per day, with how that compares to the same period last year. A green arrow means you are ahead, red means behind.
The chart shows the running total for the month. The solid line is this month so far, the dashed line is where you are on course to finish at your current pace, and the grey line is the same month last year. The bars along the bottom are each day's own figure, and weekends are lightly shaded.
Offers
The Offers card covers the year so far. The ring splits the offers made by where they stand now: open (waiting on a decision, and picked out), accepted, rejected or withdrawn. The total is in the middle, and below it is how that total compares to the same period last year. Hover over a part of the ring to see how many it holds.
Each applicant's offer on a property counts once, even if it is revised.
Conversion
Four cards show how well each step turns into the next, year to date against the same period last year:
Viewings to offers - how many completed viewings it takes to get an offer. A lower figure is better, so a fall shows green.
Appraisals to instructions - the share of completed market appraisals that become sales instructions.
Offers to sales - the share of offers that are accepted.
Sales agreed to exchange - sales exchanged against sales agreed. Each is counted on its own date, so a sale agreed last year that exchanges this year counts this year, and a quiet month can go over 100%.
Select the information icon beside each title to see the totals behind the figure.
The small line on each card shows the figure month by month since January. This month is still under way, so its part of the line is dashed. Hover over the line to see a month's figure. On a narrow screen the line is left out where there is no room for it.
